as fast and accurate as any in the industry. We also combine, on one
database, all information that generates reports, employee time sheets,
client invoices, Lease forms, L.P.R.s, W9's, and much more. This
procedure cuts document generating processing time over 50% compared to
our competitors. Gotec can run a project in any county in any state from
our home office here in Ada, Oklahoma. We would love to have an

Oil and Gas Title
Procedure:
Image complete Index on
all sections or surveys. (20 to 30 sections per day) Image all documents
needed for chain of title. ( 2 to 3 days per section) Convert all
images into Adobe PDF format allowing scroll tool to view all images on
one file. This feature eliminates the need to open each document one at
a time and zoom and move document for viewing. Adobe format also allows
each page to have it's own page number, allowing those numbers to be
easily placed in the M.O.R. for Leasing agent and Title attorney
reference. Finished product on DVD includes, complete M.O.R., Adobe
Index, Adobe title documents, and Adobe index Image list.

L.P.R., W9's, checks or drafts, and reports. No more time consuming and
expensive landman document generating time! All the above
documents are converted to Adobe PDF format and placed on a disk for
exact filing of what was sent to the bank, client and landowner.

Acquisition Procedure:

one time and it automatically generates and calculates, clients Lease
form, L.P.R., W9's, checks or drafts, and reports. No more time
consuming and expensive landman document generating time! All the above
documents are converted to Adobe PDF format and placed on a disk for
exact filing of what was sent to the bank, client and landowner. All
information on any disk becomes sole property of client at completion or
any time during generation.
